How long is the free trial, and do I need a credit card?

What happens when the trial ends?

Your data stays exactly where it is; the workspace is gated until a plan is activated. Nothing is deleted, so picking a plan later resumes right where you left off. Email sales@ledgeriq.finance to activate.

What counts toward the project limit on each plan?

Accepted Answer

Starter is sized for up to 20 projects and Growth for up to 500, counted across your workspace. If you outgrow your plan we tell you before anything stops working — nothing is deleted, and you can move up a plan or talk to us about Enterprise.

Question 4

What's included in file storage, and what happens if I exceed it?

Starter includes 100 MB of file storage per company and Growth 250 MB, for invoices, signed P&Ls and supporting documents. As you approach the limit we notify the Owner; you can add storage at $8 / month per +5 GB or contact us for Enterprise options. We never delete files automatically.

How is "extra user" pricing calculated mid-cycle?

Extra seats are pro-rated to the day you add them and billed on your next invoice. Removing a user issues credit on the following invoice.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Yearly is two months free on Starter and a little deeper on Growth. Upgrade to yearly any time and we credit the unused portion of your monthly plan; downgrades take effect at the end of the current term.

Do you support Arabic and RTL?

Yes. The product and this site ship in English and Arabic, fully right-to-left, including numbers, dates, and currency formatting.

Where is my data hosted?

Accepted Answer

On AWS: a private network, an encrypted database with daily backups, server-side-encrypted file storage, and TLS in transit. LedgerIQ is built and operated by GENTEK Technology Integrated Solutions, an AWS ISV Partner.

How does LedgerIQ keep my clients' data isolated from other firms?

Each firm is a logically isolated tenant. Every query is scoped to your tenant at the data layer, and every sensitive write is recorded in an immutable audit log.

Can I import my existing project Excel files?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Drag-and-drop your .xlsx, .xls, or .csv files. We map columns to projects, line items, employees, clients, suppliers and invoices — with a preview before anything is saved — and every list exports back to Excel.
